Laura Grannemann is the executive director at Gilbert Family Foundation & Rocket Community Fund, where she leads efforts to improve housing stability and expand economic opportunity for housing-insecure Detroit residents facing tax foreclosure and eviction. She co-founded Rocket Community Fund and helped lead a $500M commitment to expand housing stability, increase access to homeownership, and drive economic mobility for Detroit residents. She created Neighbor to Neighbor, a door-to-door outreach program that activates local residents to connect housing-insecure households facing tax foreclosure with resources and support. Her team now reaches tens of thousands of households each year and has helped reduce tax foreclosures in Detroit by 95%. Laura has also led partnerships to address eviction at scale, securing more than $30M to expand legal support for tenants and improve how eviction cases are handled in court.
