Allie Utley is the senior field organizer for the ACLU of Kansas, where she leads voting rights and civic engagement efforts focused on rural and historically excluded communities across the state. Her work spans voter engagement, language access, election protection, and volunteer leadership development. She also coordinates field operations, mobilizing for stronger voting rights protections and local policy reform. Allie has organized movements supporting curbside voting access, language translation services, and election protection infrastructure through the 866-OUR-VOTE hotline. Previously, she worked with Planned Parenthood Great Plains on statewide civic engagement efforts to protect reproductive rights during the 2022 Kansas constitutional amendment referendum.
