Jenna Cargile is the director of project management at RFD+, a national rural media network amplifying the voices and lived experiences of rural communities across the United States. Through platforms including RFD+, Rural Radio on SiriusXM 147, RFD+ Now, and Dirt Diaries: The FarmHER + RanchHER Podcast, Jenna has helped shape conversations around agriculture, food systems, and rural culture, reaching more than 50M households nationwide. She launched RFD+’s first-ever podcast, creating a storytelling platform elevating women in agriculture and the realities facing farmers, ranchers, and rural families. Jenna also leads cross-platform media movements, national events, and community-centered storytelling initiatives designed to bridge rural and urban audiences, ensuring rural perspectives are visible in national conversations shaping the future of food, land stewardship, and economic resilience.
