MBK Chicago shines during NBA All-Star

We were excited to bring MBK Chicago and our Chicago Impact and Seed Partners to the 2020 NBA All-Star festivities in Chicago. NBA Cares hosted a youth summit and invited young people from MBK Impact Community Partner Youth Guidance to join Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot and Arne Duncan, former U.S. Secretary of Education and MBK Alliance Advisory Council member, in a panel discussion. The weekend included powerful mentorship moments with NBA Legend Felipe Lopez, community service with President Obama, and poetry by young poets from Social Works Chicago.
