For six years, we’ve had the privilege of inspiring, empowering, and connecting leaders worldwide. Each one embodies our mission to create positive change within their communities and beyond. Meet 2023 Africa Leader, Aïssatou Seck.

Based in Côte d’Ivoire, Aïssatou is a senior counsel at the World Bank and an advocate for women’s rights and financial empowerment across Africa. Through her work with various organizations, Aïssatou provides pro bono services and mentorship aimed at helping women achieve financial autonomy. She’s committed to fostering legislative reforms that empower women to understand and fight for their rights.

Meet 2023 Asia-Pacific Leader, Emma Minimbi.

Emma is a lawyer and pro bono consultant with Ashurst PNG and Dowa & Piam Lawyers in the Western Highlands Province. Driven by her dedication to eradicating gender-based and sorcery accusation-related violence, Emma is also the chairperson of the Roni Pingrui Community Development Association. Her organization focuses on creating equal opportunities for women and girls in Papua New Guinea.

Meet 2024 Europe Leader, Filip Koprčina.

Filip is the founder and CEO of Energy Shift, a pioneering company that’s making renewable energy accessible to all. Using a blockchain-powered platform, Energy Shift allows people, regardless of their financial background, to co-invest in and co-own solar and wind projects. Filip’s work exemplifies democratizing the energy transition, making it possible for anyone to take part in a cleaner, greener future.

Meet 2023 United States Leader, Ziad Ahmed.

Ziad is the CEO and founder of JUV Consulting, the world’s leading Gen Z-focused agency. Through JUV, Ziad has created a space for diverse young voices to shape corporate strategies, ensuring that companies make decisions that reflect Gen Z’s values and perspectives. JUV’s purpose-driven campaigns have gone viral, amplifying youth voices and bringing them to decision-making tables worldwide.
