MBK West Palm Beach County accepted the MBK Community Challenge to improve the lives of boys and young men of color in 2014. MBK West Palm Beach County is a coalition of public and private entities that seek to improve life outcomes for boys and young men of color by ensuring racial equity through internal agency policy review, addressing systemic barriers, promoting mentoring, education, internship and employment opportunities. Their community utilizes a collective impact model to convene, connect and collaborate. MBK West Palm Beach County is focused on the following four MBK milestones: (1), (2), (4), (5).
