MBK Salisbury accepted the MBK Community Challenge to improve the lives of boys and young men of color (BYMOC) in 2015. MBK Salisbury’s community is primarily BYMOC aged 7–16 years old, with a current focus on skill building program for fathers to educate, equip, and empower fathers in the skills they need to lead their homes. MBK Salisbury is focused on the following MBK milestone: (3) increasing high school graduation rates and college preparedness.
