MBK Houston accepted the MBK Community Challenge to improve the lives of boys and young men of color in 2014. MBK Houston is nestled in over 670 square miles and collaborates with over 200 agencies, non-profits, businesses, houses of worship, and individuals to support their collective impact efforts. They work to address early brain and child development, literacy, high school graduation, career pathways, post-secondary endeavors, and employment and justice inequities. In 2018, MBK Houston was selected as an MBK Impact Community and is focused on all six MBK milestones.
