Ariba Jahan is the head of transformation at Anomaly, where she leads strategic innovation across technology, design, and business to build responsible, future-facing solutions. She previously served as vice president of product experience and innovation at the Ad Council, where she launched the organization’s first innovation practice and led cross-functional product and technology work across major national initiatives. Her contributions supported the $52 million COVID-19 education effort that helped reduce vaccine hesitancy from 75% to under 10%, a $65 million mental health initiative, and the Love Has No Labels campaign. Ariba is the creator and host of Unmissables, a platform and podcast for changemakers across technology, culture, and business, which spotlights overlooked innovations and elevates voices shaping the future of technology and business.
