Victoria Anastasia Belle is the director of operations at P.T.I., Inc., a general contracting firm specializing in housing, health care, educational, commercial food, and public works. Victoria also co-founded Stone and Marble New York and The Belle and Stone Foundation, which both work to increase access to housing, health care, education, food, and public works infrastructure. Victoria was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and has over 25 years of experience working in construction. She led P.T.I., Inc. in constructing more than 2,536 homes throughout the United States, territories, and tribal nations, while scaling the organization nationally and growing revenue annually.
