Sal Parsa is a project leader at The Boston Consulting Group and focuses on transformation of the public sector to more effectively reach underserved communities. He also co-founded Predictim, an AI startup aimed at enhancing trust in the sharing economy. Originally from Afghanistan, his career began by supporting the U.S. military as an interpreter and analyst. He eventually moved to the U.S. to serve as a youth cultural ambassador. Outside of his professional career, he is dedicated to supporting his community, particularly Afghan refugees, by providing free resume writing and job interview training. He contributes to Project Citizenship, an organization that assists immigrants with naturalization.
