Jonathan Pride is the vice president of field operations for NPower, a national nonprofit that provides pathways to prosperity for veterans and young adults from underserved communities by helping them launch digital careers in information technology. Jonathan leads teams in Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and Houston to provide end-to-end free information technology training. Since Jonathan joined NPower, the organization has graduated over 80 percent of their students, and 85 percent of graduates have gone on to launch their digital careers, making on average $60,000 a year. His leadership has poured more than $27 million in real income back into the local economy and lifted 460 families out of generational poverty. Jonathan is a former Army military intelligence officer and combat veteran who believes that access to education is the key to championing American democracy and breaking the vicious cycle of poverty.
