Zac Gillman is the chief information officer at Sigma Phi Epsilon (SigEp) fraternity, a nationally recognized leadership fraternity represented in over 200 U.S. college campuses. SigEp is at the forefront of redefining fraternity life in America by helping men strengthen their character, build leadership and interpersonal skills, and learn to develop healthy, lifelong relationships essential to a successful and fulfilling life. As CIO, Zac spearheads the organization’s technology and information systems. Utilizing data-driven approaches, he informs decisions, identifies best practices, and measures outcomes to progressively eradicate negative stereotypes associated with fraternity life and amplify the impact of SigEp’s leadership initiatives. Zac is passionate about re-engaging “lost” alumni as volunteers to help mentor and coach undergraduate men, further enriching the SigEp network.
