Tim Lampkin, Ed.D., is the founder and chief executive officer of Higher Purpose Co., an economic justice nonprofit serving Black entrepreneurs, artists, and farmers across Mississippi. Higher Purpose Co. serves an intergenerational statewide membership of 200 Black-owned businesses through culturally relevant programming focused on asset building, narrative change, and advocacy. Tim is passionate about providing business education, funding, and advice to Black-owned businesses to disrupt the racial wealth gap in the United States.
