Sandy Ho is the program director of the Disability Inclusion Fund at Borealis Philanthropy. The organization utilizes U.S.-based disabled-led organizations to spearhead transformational change. Sandy leads the Disability Inclusion Fund's grantmaking strategy to upend ableist practices in philanthropy and resource emergent disability justice movement leaders to build a just world free from ableism. Sandy is passionate about community organizing in ways that center a more joyful and thriving disability justice future.
