Maria Dolojan is the founder of Famalao'an Rights, a reproductive justice initiative focused on addressing the need for accessible reproductive health care in Guam. Famalao'an Rights' mission is to ensure everyone in Guam can access affordable and timely reproductive health care options. As Founder of Famalao'an Rights, Maria cultivated and gained notable and reputable allies and supporters with organizations such as the ACLU, Guttmacher Institute, National Asian Pacific American Women's Forum, and Catholics for Choice. Maria is passionate about empowering underprivileged and marginalized communities through policy research and formulation and higher education fundraising. Through her current role as a Development Grants Manager for APIA Scholars, the nation’s leading non-profit organization devoted to the academic, personal, and professional success of AANHPI students, her work is focused on empowering and providing funding opportunities for AANHPI students, most especially first-generation college students pursuing a college education.
