Justin Archer Burch is the president and chief executive officer of Delta Compass and the Washington County Economic Alliance, a public-private partnership that grows economic inclusion. Delta Compass works to provide more civic and economic opportunities at the intersection of rural and BIPOC communities. Justin leads the organization's vision of building assets, increasing access to capital and spurring economic development. Justin is passionate about leveraging support for the Mississippi Delta, the most philanthropic under-resourced community in the United States.
