Matteo Cadeddu leads the Italian team at Change.org, the largest platform for social change in the world, and works with More in Common in Italy to help leaders find common ground and bring people together to tackle collective challenges. Matteo focuses on democratizing access to change, promoting the integrated use of technology, education, and organizing to activate and connect communities. Through his leadership, the civil society network RENA has developed initiatives such as “Heroes, not just for one day,” a peer-based capacity-building program to equip activists and leaders of marginalized communities with the skills and network necessary to build a more equitable and representative Italy.
