Gianluca is an Impact Finance Expert and the co-founder of IMPACTips, where he works alongside Alessia Gianoncelli to provide consultancy on impact measurement and management, as well as to support the structuring of impact financing instruments (e.g., outcome funds). Since 2022, IMPACTips has been helping organizations navigate the complexities of impact strategy and capital deployment. Previously, Gianluca was Senior Knowledge Manager at Impact Europe, where he led several research and data analysis initiatives focused on the European impact investing ecosystem. He coordinated Impact Europe’s data harmonization efforts in collaboration with GSG Impact, European National Partners, and academic institutions—an effort that culminated in the creation of the European Impact Investing Consortium. His long-term vision is to ensure that policy and financial decisions are grounded in evidence of their environmental and social outcomes.
