Vladyslava Kravchenko is the treasurer of the Malta Paralympic Committee, which she helped establish in 2018. The committee advocates for social change through sport, striving to increase sports participation among people with disabilities. In this role, Vladyslava worked to integrate parasport into the national curriculum at primary and secondary levels through the I’mPOSSIBLE educational program, providing specialized training to educators and coaches and reaching over 1,500 students. A two-time Paralympian and award-winning parasport advocate, Vladyslava made history in 2016 as Malta’s first female swimmer to compete at the Paralympic Games, repeating the achievement in Tokyo in 2021. She also serves on the International Paralympic Committee’s Athletes’ Council and consults on sporting projects and events.
