Khamis Shaame is an educational registrar officer at the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training-Zanzibar, dedicated to fostering inclusive, high-quality education. In recent years, he has played a key role in reducing dropout rates in Chake Chake District by establishing 15 Community Educational Committees. His work focuses on promoting inclusive education, leveraging information and communication technology for quality education, and building the leadership capacity of educators and community leaders. Khamis is committed to addressing systemic barriers and empowering communities to drive educational improvements.
