Tumi Makobye is the Founder of the Botswana Organization for Sisters Empowering Junior Associates (BOSEJA). BOSEJA is dedicated to keeping teenage girls in school through a school club in a local secondary school that is run twice a week. BOSEJA conducts tutoring, exam preparation and revisions, life skills training, and structured mentorship to increase confidence and resilience in teen girls so they are able to make informed decisions beneficial to their futures.
