Thuba Sibanda works as a Senior Program Manager for Physically Active Youth, an organization that is home to 120 children and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds. Her work in marginalized communities builds on the fundamental principle of the human ecosystem and how everyone contributes to creating a society where young people can thrive. A passionate changemaker, and the product of a similar township upbringing, her mandate is to inspire young people to dream bigger than their present circumstances and to show young girls that it's okay to be ambitious and chase your dreams.
