Kenya
Ngatia is a property finance professional and the founder of Spearhead Africa, a full-service property finance and advisory business delivering property portfolio and transaction advisory services, innovative financing solutions and alternative sources of capital to institutional developers and investors (pension funds, insurance companies, asset managers and savings cooperatives) in the East African region. He leads property investment and project finance structuring teams, developing innovative capital solutions and investment opportunities. He is also responsible for developing the firm’s client base and local and international investment capital networks. Patrick is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, where he received his MBA in real estate finance and investments. Prior to founding Spearhead Africa, he was an executive director at Goldman Sachs in London, where he led the firm’s Africa fixed income sales and credit coverage, with a focus on financial institutions across Sub-Saharan Africa.
