Beza is the Co-Founder of Build-Eng Africa, a startup initiative with the aim of building sustainable cities in Africa. She is also an Architect at the Extudio 35 Architectural consultancy, where she focuses on introducing environmentally sustainable building practices in her home country. She is dedicated to studying eco-friendly building materials and construction methods that have native origins and can be used to construct safe and affordable housing, especially in the slum upgrading of poverty-stricken urban areas.
