Zainab Katimba

Zainab Katimba is a youthful political figure and member of Parliament in the United Republic of Tanzania. Apart from being the vice chairperson of the Tanzania Youth Parliamentarians Union, she is the founder and chairperson of Wezesha Foundation, a youth led non-profit aiming to provide solutions for economic empowerment, capacity building, and community development for youth and women. She served as a secretary of Organization and Politics of the Youth Wing to the ruling party (CCM). She attained her LLB and LLM from the University of Dar es Salaam and postgraduate diploma in legal practice from the Law School of Tanzania.
