Yassine Harzallah

Yassine is a part-time social entrepreneur, selected as one of 60 ambassadors worldwide to represent Africa in the Youth to Youth Summit, and awarded the Leadership Medal by Frances Hesselbein (Forbes World’s 50 Greatest Leaders) in Pittsburgh. He also became the youngest ambassador for the Next Einstein Forum (NEF) and participated in an event bringing together heads of state, leading organizations, and Africa’s promising thinkers. He recently partnered with a NEF fellow in bringing the benefits of their project MOVAAR to the Gambia. MOVAAR uses project-based learning to prepare students to find solutions for developmental challenges by equipping them with relevant skill sets. Yassine received two awards from the United Nations after pitching his AI global health idea during UNLEASH in front of 1000 esteemed guests including the Secretary-General and Administrator of UNDP. He has also been awarded the Best Startup Idea at Prezi and a certificate from TED International as TEDx organizer.
