Victoria Fajemilehin

Victoria is a leader in international development with a focus in evidence-based policy research, analysis, and implementation. In her role as policy advisory manager at the Synergos Institute, she successfully coordinated the controlled grazing study and facilitated stakeholders’ collaboration in an effort to find sustainable solutions to climate change challenges threatening food security across the African continent. An alumnus of the Harvard Kennedy School (executive education, creating collaborative solutions), University College London (master's, international public policy) and University of Lagos (french, first class honors), her policy work is guided by bridging leadership and behavioral insights. She models human-centered innovation as key to replicable and long-lasting social change.
