Siphiwe Moyo is youth development officer for the Government of Zimbabwe who has a passion for improving the economic status of youth through various programs that will reduce their vulnerability. Her work mainly centres around driving and advocating for the economic empowerment of young people through facilitating enterprise learning and development, monitoring and evaluating employment creation strategies, formation, registration and capacity building of youth groups and businesses, identifying business opportunities and resource bases and provision of business information to existing and upcoming young entrepreneurs, promoting the development of both existing and new business enterprises through policy articulation and designing of appropriate strategies, assisting entrepreneurs in enterprise set-up and development, marketing of youth products, facilitating skills training for youths, leadership training of youths, and facilitating youth exchange and peace-building programs.
