Sandra Ochola

Sandra is a lawyer, author, and academic who enjoys learning new things and working with people to solve problems and begin new ideas. Over the years, she has conducted high impact research, participated in the development of laws and policies, and written widely on issues of law, human rights, politics, and democracy. Her mission is to guide and equip teenagers and young adults through training and education, so that they may live richer and more positive lives than their predecessors. Sandra is the founder and managing director of TUKUKA, a knowledge-based institution that is developing and disseminating information to young people on the social, political, cultural, and economic issues that affect them. She hopes to specialize in African affairs and particularly on the role of its young people in building peaceful, democratic, and sustainable societies.
