Femi is a development professional who currently serves as the acting executive director of LEAP Africa- Nigeria‚ a non-profit organization focused on youth leadership development. In this role, he oversees the administration, strategy implementation and programme delivery of the organisation. Over the years, LEAP has inspired and equipped youth, business owners, and social entrepreneurs to lead ethically, while implementing initiatives that transform their communities and organizations for better. LEAP achieves this through its training programmes, publications, and most recently eLearning. Femi holds a master’s degree in innovation management and entrepreneurship from Manchester Business School, where he focused his research on social innovation and entrepreneurship.
