Mohamed Dore

Mohamed is a social entrepreneur and young activist based in Mogadishu, Somalia. He has 14 years of experience in empowering women and youth. He is the country director of Global Youth Innovation Network (GYIN) and he has implemented youth empowerment programs in Somalia. Mohamed is also the country representative of Exeleadmen International Consulting Ltd, a firm that provides knowledge, tools, and network to the leaders and entrepreneurs. This helps them create economic value by way of creating societal value and enabling a strong entrepreneurship ecosystem for the youth. He co-founded SAFID, a non-profit organization and served as the executive director. Through SAFID, he implemented cost-effective agribusiness and leadership programs to address the root causes of youth radicalization and unemployment to increase opportunities for the youth. Mr. Dore has Master of Science in procurement and logistics, Master of Business Administration in human resource management and Bachelor of Commerce in logistics option.
