Hh serves as executive director for President's Young Professionals Program (PYPP), a youth capacity development initiative. PYPP is an organization that recruits and grooms young and talented Liberian college graduates for public service leadership. Hh provides day-to-day administrative management and programmatic leadership for the program management team and the over 130 graduate and current fellows placed in more than 25 ministries and agencies of government. In addition, he supports the implementation of the organization's activities, including recruitment and selection, training and mentorship, placement and performance management, ongoing career development, fundraising, strategic planning, developing program policies, and serves as the key point of contact for all partners and stakeholders. Hh has a bachelor's degree in sociology and a master's degree in gender, peace and security. He is a strong advocate for gender equality and is passionate about youth capacity development and women and girls’ empowerment.
