Social Impact Strategist
I am an Obama Foundation Scholar with 12 years of experience spanning civil society, the public, and private sectors, focused on minority inclusion, shared society, strategy, and public policy. As a freelance consultant and strategist, I am committed to driving transformative change in social impact, minority integration and representation, and bridging divides between communities in Israel.
Previously, I served as Head of Government Policy at the Economic Development Authority for Minorities within Israel’s Ministry for Social Equality, spearheading national initiatives to enhance employment opportunities for minorities, especially women. I was also the first and youngest woman to lead the volunteer center at the AJEEC-Arab Jewish Center for Equality, Empowerment, and Cooperation, where my work impacted over 20,000 beneficiaries weekly, fostering cross-community cooperation.
My leadership and advocacy have earned recognition, including Globes’ 40 Under 40 (2022) and MEPC’s 40 Under 40 (2023), for advancing social cohesion and minority rights. I was also honored by Yedioth Ahronoth as one of the "Top 5 Women Who Made the Year" in Israel (2022).
