Kinzie Mabon

Director of Learning Design and Membership

Kinzie has worked as an organizer, organizing director, mentor, and facilitator for the last 10 years with a focus on voting rights, voter registration and mobilization, community and coalition building, and developing leadership skills in people trying to create change in their communities. Before joining the Change Collective team, they developed an organizer school program as the organizing director at the Nebraska Civic Engagement Table, which provided comprehensive training and placement for organizers in the Nebraska nonprofit community, and advocated for improved labor standards for organizers as the Deputy Director of All Due Respect. As the Director of Learning Design and Membership, Kinzie serves as a facilitator and coach for Change Collective cohort members—both current and alumni—and develops programming to engage our alumni in continued learning and community building. Kinzie is particularly interested in depolarization, belonging, and conflict resolution and continues to be an advocate for organizers and the communities they work for.
