Bethany Rivera Molinar is the executive director of Ciudad Nueva Community Outreach, a holistic, asset-based, Christian community development nonprofit organization. The organization works alongside its neighbors to empower youth, support families, equip leaders, and strengthen community in the Rio Grande neighborhood of El Paso, Texas. Bethany and her team work primarily with first and second-generation Latine immigrants. She is deeply passionate about ensuring that Ciudad Nueva is a place where community work unfolds and where community members are actively engaged and accessing their resources. Her passion for building a thriving community has driven the work that she has done through Ciudad Nueva for ten years.
